Finnhook
The Finnhook is a self massager for treatment of sore and tight muscles. The unique hook design allows you to massage muscles in hard to reach areas, such as the shoulder and back muscles.
The main difference between FinnHook Basic and FinnHook Classic is its one-piece design and the lack of the folding handle. Otherwise function is nearly the same, with the exception of exercises using the folded original hook.
To relax tight muscles with the FinnHook, simply press briefly, release, shift 1/2 inch and repeat. Work through desired area of muscle. If you find a sore spot, increase the effect by pressing slightly harder for 10-30 seconds.
Relaxed muscles will have better blood flow which has helped many users relieve headaches, migraines, dizziness, tight muscles, etc.

Dr. Cohen's Heatable AcuBall
The AcuBall is designed to be heated in the microwave, and has specially designed acupoints and heat stimulate blood flow. This increases circulation, helping to 'flush out' built up toxins that accumulate in tight muscles causing pain. As these toxins release over time the muscle itself relaxes. Direct pressure from the acupoints also massages muscle and mobilizes joints, further enhancing pain free body movement.
When you use the Acuball on a tender area, you'll notice that after three or four 20 minute sessions it's a lot less tender than when you first started. Now you know why: wastes have been flushed out, muscle has been relaxed, joints have been mobilized, and your nervous system is much less irritated...and so are you!

Baoding Harmony Balls
Baoding balls, also commonly known as Chinese Exercise Balls, Chinese Therapy Balls, Chinese Stress Balls, and Chinese Health Balls are believed to have originated in Baoding, China, a small town in the Heibei province, during the reign of the Ming Dynasty. In Baoding, the balls were once dubbed Chinese Iron Balls, since at first the Baoding balls were made from iron.
Baoding balls are usually used for exercise and meditation, but are also good when employed for medical reasons. To use them for exercise, place two Baoding balls within your palm then rotate them clockwise and counterclockwise. Gravity will help you keep on controlling the balls. There are many exercises possible. One is trying to not to let the balls touch one another during manipulation, as advanced users do. Such users of Baoding balls can frequently use more than two balls at one time. Manipulating the balls in your hand not only exercises hand muscles, but forearm and shoulder muscles as well.
